Staff Highlight - Mrs. Moske
Mrs. Moske has always had a strong desire to work with young people of all ages. In 2007, Mrs. Moske became part of the McKinney Academy team. She is currently tutoring elementary students and is working in the capacity of Resource Specialist. As a Resource Specialist, Mrs. Moske will be able to assist the classroom teachers as part of an academic support team to aid students in the core areas of study.

Donation to McKinney of Computer Technology
Recently McKinney Academy has been the recipient of a generous donation from a national corporation headquartered in the Lake Norman area. The donation included computers for every classroom and the staff, network equipment, servers for a small data center, and other office equipment. McKinney Academy worked throughout the summer to prepare the equipment for the students' arrival.

The McKinney Academy Rent the Rock Program - Celebrate any special occasion by decorating the rock in front of the school! To reserve the rock, please call the school and Mrs. Johnson will take the date of your reservation. Your reservation and advance payment will guarantee that you have the rock on the day of your choice.
